• Proven experience in process design using tools like Visio, incorporating process mapping techniques, with a focus on identifying automation opportunities. Experience evaluating business processes for technology suitability, including IA. Experience writing test scenarios and creating test data.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, including senior stakeholder management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and apply process optimisation methodologies to enhance solution effectiveness. Proven ability to identify potential issues and find effective ways to resolve them.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and documentation skills. Proven ability to effectively communicate with and motivate project teams, process SMEs, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Analytical skills: to define clear and actionable requirements for the automation solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and facilitating effective collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams. Desirable
