About the Role: Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Location : London UK Hybrid Role Type: InsideIR35 Contract Description: We are looking for a resource who has excellent data base knowledge, Insurance Domain knowledge, Reinsurance (specialty) , Property & causality knowledge. Business Analyst should understand the underlying system, coordinate with business stakeholders to confirm requirements and should be able to document the requirement in STTM document for Data Engineers to refer. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with POs to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
• Perform source system analysis, data mapping, and create STTM (Source-to-Target Mapping).
• Support data validation, reconciliation.
• Coordinate with other teams as applicable.
