Senior Consultant - Oracle - Hong Kong

Work you'll do Leverage deep expertise in a particular package solution to make recommendations that enable client's strategic agenda Advise and deliver on each facet of the package at each stage of the implementation cycle Comprehend technology solutions implementation lifecycle and advise client accordingly Plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience Comprehend how the client's business works and keep up-to-date on industry/sector trends and leading practices Identify and solve problems objectively using analysis, experience and judgment Identify and transform opportunities into solutions that drive business value for our clients Incorporate financial information when evaluating business opportunities and making recommendations Develop relationships, establish credibility with and instil confidence in clients Leverage cross-geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery Articulate how technology enables and differentiates the business and communicate this effectively to clients Your role as a leader: Lead client workshops to uncover business needs and translate these into detailed requirements Build and develop trusted client, internal and partner relationships Understands key objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligns people to objectives and sets priorities and direction Influences clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people Delivers exceptional client service; maximizes results and drives high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders Develops high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities During your tenure with us, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Inspiring, Creating purpose, Driving agility, Building diverse capability, Influencing, Collaborating, Delivering value, Building the business, Analytical acumen, Effective communication, Engagement management/delivery excellence, Managing change, Managing quality & risk, Sales excellence, Strategic thinking and problem solving, and Tech savviness. We are looking for someone with A bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance, Statistics or a related discipline is preferred. Other degree holder will also be considered; Experience in technology consulting environment; Programming experience in the following programming skills: Shell Script PL/SQL Java or Groovy Visual Basic .Net vue.js (JavaScript Framework for building Frontend Applications) Oracle Report/Form/Workflow Experience in system integration among Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and other systems Solid experience in Oracle database administration, prefer with Oracle DBA certificate Experience in cloud integration with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Good verbal (fluency in English, Cantonese, and/or Putonghua) and written (English and Chinese) communication skills; Good team and interpersonal skills; Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; Proven effectiveness of working independently and in teams Ability to work well under pressure.
