Senior Finance Business Analyst, Wealth Management

• Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design future-state processes and operating models.
• Use data to assess inefficiencies and support business cases.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Create user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and NFRs.
• Produce process maps and workflow documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders, developers, and architects to deliver solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Support UAT, implementation, and change adoption.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements
• 5+ years' Business Analysis experience.
• Proven experience in process improvement and automation projects.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience creating process flows and operating models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Self-driven and comfortable working in evolving environments.
