Profile - Senior Business Analyst Experience- 5+ years Location - Hongkong Essential

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst within Telecommunications or related industries.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process analysis, business process modelling, and UAT management.
• Proven experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
• Hands-on experience building workflows using Alteryx.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. E
• Experience working in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Desirable
• Experience in Network Inventory, OSS/BSS, Service Assurance, Provisioning, or Service Fulfilment domains.
• Experience in network data migration, remediation, transformation, and reconciliation initiatives. Knowledge of telecommunications technologies including IP, Voice, Transmission (TXN), Ethernet, or related network services.
