Operating within a busy recycling and processing facility, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of industrial machinery, ensuring equipment reliability and minimising downtime. No two days are the same, with a mix of planned maintenance, breakdown response, fault finding and continuous improvement projects.

The Shift Pattern That Stands Out

4 On / 4 Off Rotation

• 2 Days (5am-5pm)
• 2 Nights (5pm-5am)
• 4 Days Off

Plus, every 8 weeks you'll benefit from 14 consecutive days off, giving you the freedom to travel, spend time with family, pursue hobbies or simply recharge.

What You'll Be Working On

• Conveyors and material handling systems
• Granulators and crushers
• Mechanical processing equipment
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Reactive breakdown repairs
• Fault finding and problem solving
• Continuous improvement activities
• Basic welding and fabrication

We're Looking For

• Mechanical maintenance experience gained within manufacturing, recycling, waste, quarrying, processing or heavy industrial environments
• Strong fault-finding and repair skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach
• Experience with conveyors, motors, bearings, gearboxes and associated plant machinery
• Welding and fabrication skills would be advantageous
