We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong AI/ML focus to join our team in Sheffield. This is a hands-on role for an experienced engineer who can lead by example, provide technical direction, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality software at pace. Experience: 10+ years Core Skills
- ReactJS & TypeScript
- Strong backend engineering & API design
- Integration, performance & security
- AI/ML engineering and AI-driven product features
- Modern AI models & tooling
- DevOps, CI/CD & automation
- Environment management & observability Highly Advantageous
- Python development, particularly for AI/data workloads
- Data pipelines & data modelling
- Analytics & feature engineering
- Structured & unstructured data experience Leadership Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and mentorship
- Lead code reviews and promote engineering best practices
- Champion testing, documentation, maintainability and security
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product and Delivery teams
