• Annual ski trip to the French Alps The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while building your own client and candidate network:
• Headhunting high-calibre tech talent for niche financial clients
• Building strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Attending client meetings to understand hiring needs and company culture
• Business development: reaching out to new firms and negotiating terms
• Mapping out specialist markets to identify top talent
• Pitching opportunities and advising candidates on career moves
• Managing interview processes, including scheduling and preparation
