Global Payroll Specialist

International Payroll Specialist Warsaw or London | Hybrid 2 days a week in office I'm recruiting for an International Payroll Specialist to join a growing global business, with the role able to be based from either Warsaw or London. This is a great opportunity for someone with international payroll experience who enjoys working across multiple countries, managing outsourced providers and being part of a wider global payroll team. The role will include:

• Managing international payrolls across multiple countries
• Reviewing payroll data and vendor outputs to ensure accuracy and timely processing
• Managing relationships with outsourced payroll providers
• Handling payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders
• Supporting payroll transitions, projects and process improvements
• Acting as a senior point of contact and providing cover for the Payroll Manager when required What we're looking for:
• Strong international / multi-country payroll experience
• Experience with French and/or Spanish payroll would be particularly valuable
• Fluent English plus another European language – ideally French, Spanish, German or Portuguese
• Experience managing outsourced payroll vendors
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple deadlines
