Production Technician

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Production Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves working within our greenhouse and yard to produce high-quality plant displays using both live and replica plants. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing, assembling, and maintaining plant displays while ensuring all production tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret production paperwork and job sheets
• Accurately complete required documentation
• Pick materials and plants
• Plant and assemble live and replica plant displays
• Perform general yard and greenhouse maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with Head Office and team members
• Assist with driving and transporting materials as required Skills & Requirements
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Physically capable of lifting and handling materials
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
