Financial Director

Finance Director – Scaling Hospitality Business Equifind is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing hospitality business as they look to appoint a Finance Director to lead the finance function through their next phase of growth. This is a pivotal role for a commercially astute finance leader ready to operate at board level and shape the financial strategy of a scaling operation. The Role: As Finance Director, you'll take full ownership of the finance function, acting as a key strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team. You'll drive financial planning, reporting, and controls across the business, while playing a central role in shaping commercial strategy, investment decisions, and future growth plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and reporting across the business
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and board on commercial and financial decisions
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management as the business scales
• Build and strengthen financial controls, systems, and processes to support growth
• Lead, develop, and grow the finance team as the business expands
• Partner with operational and commercial teams across multiple sites/units
• Provide robust management information to support strategic decision-making About You:
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader within hospitality, leisure, or a multi-site consumer business
• Strong track record of operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to influence at board level
• Experience building or scaling finance functions, systems, and teams
