Business Analyst

Business Analyst required for a long-term engagement offering competitive rates. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days onsite in the West Midlands, working closely with stakeholders, product, design and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and define business requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement activities
• Document functional and non-functional requirements
• Produce requirements and business analysis artefacts
• Support backlog refinement and prioritisation
• Create process maps and conduct impact assessments
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure requirements are testable
• Maintain traceability between business needs and delivered outcomes
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams
• Support delivery teams in clarifying requirements and business objectives Skills & Experience
• Strong Business Analysis experience
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience with functional and non-functional requirements
• Backlog refinement and prioritisation experience
• Process mapping and impact assessment experience
• Experience defining acceptance criteria
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
