Civil Infrastructure Engineer

We're currently looking for an Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing team in Sheffield. The role will involve working on a range of residential and commercial development projects, with a focus on highways and drainage design. Key responsibilities:

• Designing highways and drainage infrastructure for residential and commercial developments
• Designing drainage systems, including SuDS
• Highway design including S38, S278 and S104
• External works and site level design
• Preparing technical drawings and schedules
• Working with clients, consultants and other project team members
• Managing your own workload and working to project deadlines
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers where required
• Working towards Chartered status where applicable Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related subject
• Experience in infrastructure design
• Experience with residential development projects
• Strong highways and drainage design experience
• Experience with S38, S278 and S104
• Experience using software such as AutoCAD, PDS, Site3D, FLOW and MicroDrainage/Windes
• Chartered or working towards Chartered status with ICE is desirable
