In House Counsel

Our Client, a global alternative investment manager, is looking for an ambitious deals counsel to join their London based team and cover a broad private credit brief. This role comes at a time of sustained growth at the organisation and will give great exposure to mature and emerging EMEA markets. The role is ideal for an Associate or Senior Associate who has started to run deals end-to-end for clients and is looking to move in-house for the first time. The role is embedded in the investment team and supports a more experienced senior counsel. Requirements:

• Demonstrable track record in a ranked Banking & Finance or Leverage Finance practice
• 3-5PQE
• Secondment in a leading DCM business or credit fund highly desirable
• Exposure to emerging markets financing highly desirable
• In-house experience highly desirable, not mandatory
• Right to work in the UK
