Company Description Notus Ground Safe specializes in designing and supplying ground safety solutions for temporary access, load distribution, and site protection in demanding environments. As part of the Notus Industrial Services Group, the company supports projects across construction, infrastructure, energy, utilities, rail, and other high-risk sectors where safe ground conditions are essential. Services are delivered by a highly trained, directly employed workforce that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and collaboration while meeting all PPE and site requirements. Notus Ground Safe invests in high-quality systems, equipment, and training to offer reliable, practical, and cost-effective solutions tailored to specific project needs. The company also emphasizes environmental responsibility by using sustainable materials and responsible practices, backed by the strength and resources of the wider Notus Industrial Services Group. Purpose of role This role exists to run the day-to-day commercial and administrative operation of the trackway division from the Retford yard. It covers customer account management, quoting, order processing, job scheduling, transport and lorry booking, and general administration. The division depends on this role being self-managing. The person in post needs to own their workload end-to-end, keep on top of tasks without being chased, and flag issues early rather than let them build up. Historically this has been where the role has fallen down, so accuracy, initiative and follow-through matter more here than in a typical admin role. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Retford for a Sales, Accounts & Administration Coordinator. The coordinator will manage day-to-day sales support activities, including responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate sales records. They will assist with accounts tasks such as processing purchase orders, supporting invoicing, tracking payments, and coordinating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely documentation. The role also involves general administrative responsibilities, including maintaining databases and filing systems, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and supporting internal communication across teams. The coordinator will work closely with operations and project teams to ensure smooth order processing, high-quality customer service, and efficient office workflows. Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong sales support and customer service skills, including experience handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Candidates should possess basic accounts and finance administration skills, such as processing orders, working with invoices, and tracking payments with attention to detail.
  • Candidates should possess office administration and organizational skills, including managing records, scheduling, and coordinating internal communication.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency with common digital tools, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM or ERP systems.
  • Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and interact professionally with clients.
  • Relevant experience in construction, industrial services, or similar sectors, and familiarity with safety-focused operations, is essential.
