Employment Lawyer
Origin LegalAn Employment Lawyer is required by a Global Law firm with more than 900 lawyers in offices across the United States, Mexico, Asia and Europe. Our client represent employers of all industries and sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 50 companies. They now wish to attract two Lawyers for the London office (NQ-2 years and 5-10 years PQE, to work closely with the Partners. The successful candidate can come from either a leading regional law firm looking for a move into London, an international lawyer who is relocating or a London Lawyer looking for a new challenge. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with multi-national business's employing people in multiple jurisdictions, covering all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law including in particular:
- Executive hiring and firing
- RIFs and restructuring
- acquisition, due diligence and harmonisation
- investigations and litigation
- union and industrial action issues
