Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (6- or 12-Month FTC) Larbey Evans is working with a prestigious London law firm to hire an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal on an initial 6 or 12- month fixed-term contract. What's on Offer :
- Salary to £35,000
- 6 or 12 -month fixed-term contract
- Standard hours and hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home)
- Competitive firm benefits on offer This role offers outstanding exposure to high-value transactions and a wide range of commercial real estate matters, working alongside one of the firm's most renowned and successful departments in London. Commercial Real Estate Paralegal ( 6- or 12-Month FTC) What you will be doing :
- Case administration and document management
- Preparing draft contracts and leases and exchanging contracts
- Preparing completion statements and handling completions
- Preparing Land Registry forms
- Proof reading, copy checking, indexing, archiving, and filing
- Typing of own correspondence and bills Commercial Real Estate Paralegal ( 6- or 12-Month FTC) What we are looking for:
- Must have previous Paralegal experience within Real Estate
- Educated to degree level or relevant Paralegal / CILEx experience
