Commercial Property Manager 📍 Borehamwood, Hertfordshire 💰 £45,000 - £55,000 We're working with a well-established property company seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of retail, office and mixed-use commercial assets. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the portfolio, building strong landlord and tenant relationships, managing service charges, overseeing maintenance and compliance, conducting inspections, and ensuring assets are performing efficiently. About You

• Commercial Property Management experience
• Strong service charge and budget management knowledge
• Understanding of landlord & tenant matters and property compliance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to manage a portfolio independently
