Responsibilities Will Include:
• Delivering tailored mortgage and protection advice to customers
• Building strong partnerships with estate agency colleagues
• Generating and converting new business opportunities
• Managing customer relationships from initial enquiry through to completion
• Staying up to date with lender criteria and market developments
• Contributing to a high-performance, customer-focused branch culture About You We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with exceptional people skills. You'll Ideally Have:
• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent recognised qualification)
• Previous mortgage advisory experience
• A proven track record in a target-driven sales environment
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Confidence using digital systems and Microsoft Office applications
