Senior Director (Transformation) | Quote to Cash 📍 London (significant travel required once a month) 💰 Salary: circa £170,000 - £180,000 per annum / Day rate: £900 - £1000 per day 📄 12-14 month contract initially I'm working with a global technology business undergoing a major enterprise-wide transformation and looking to appoint a Senior Director to lead the redesign and implementation of a critical end-to-end revenue operations process. This is a highly visible leadership role, sitting at the heart of a large transformation programme and partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial Operations, Technology and Customer Experience. Responsibilities:

• Leading a complex global transformation programme from design through to implementation
• Streamlining and standardising business processes across multiple regions and systems
• Driving automation, scalability and operational efficiency
• Improving customer experience and accelerating business performance outcomes
• Managing programme governance, budgets, risks and executive stakeholder engagement
• Leading cross-functional teams through significant organisational change Requirements:
• Experience delivering large-scale finance or operational transformation programmes
• Strong experience across Quote to Cash
• Experience operating in large, international organisations
