Human Resources Business Manager

We're hiring: HR Business Manager – London Illuminate Financial is looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Business Manager to lead our HR function across the UK, New York, and Singapore. This varied role blends strategic, operational, and tactical HR - with a particular focus on process implementation, employee relations, and compliance - working in close partnership with our Chief of Staff on the firm's people agenda.  Illuminate Financial is a specialist venture capital firm investing in early-stage Enterprise AI & Fintech companies.
