Senior Recruitment Consultant

TYG is expanding! We're hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our London team. We're a market-leading recruitment company in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction space, partnering with clients across the USA. After a record start to 2026, we're growing again – currently 24 people, with plans to reach 40 over the next three years. • Lead and grow a desk within the AEC market
• Develop and deepen long-term client partnerships
• Deliver senior-level candidate management and market insight
• Contribute to team development, mentoring, and best practice

• Proven experience as a recruiter in the AEC sector
• Strong billing history and client development skills
• Someone who enjoys building something, not just maintaining it
• Commercially sharp, self-motivated, and comfortable with autonomy
