Responsibilities:

• Research on leveraging AI technologies and innovative approaches to reduce IDC/AIDC operating costs or enhance operational efficiency, thereby developing reusable digital‑intelligence‑driven operations and maintenance solutions. Technical areas include, but are not limited to: wind‑liquid hybrid cooling for energy savings, coordinated scheduling of computing and power resources, predictive maintenance, AI‑powered O&M agents, digital twins, and autonomous inspection using robots and drones.
• Explore the application of cutting-edge technologies such as “computing‑electricity synergy” and “computing‑network integration” in IDC/AIDC operations and maintenance scenarios, driving the implementation of measures like peak‑shaving and valley‑filling for electricity pricing, virtual power plants, smart energy storage, multi‑cloud/cross‑regional/heterogeneous computing resource integration, computing‑network resource orchestration and routing scheduling, and collaborative interconnection of cloud‑edge‑end computing resources, thereby achieving dynamic matching of computing, electrical, and network resources and optimizing energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with the IDC/AIDC's construction team, operations team, and vendors, focusing on optimizing large-scale computing cluster performance, high‑performance networking, high‑density racks, power systems, liquid cooling, and PUE reduction, to ensure the efficient and stable operation of IDC/AIDC facilities and cloud platform infrastructure.
• Analyze the requirements and pain points of overseas business scenarios, and be responsible for designing technical solutions, formulating product strategies, and evaluating business models.
• Responsible for communicating project proposals with domestic R&D institutions and stakeholders, tracking R&D progress, and managing project risks.
• 研究利用AI技术及创新手段，降低IDC/AIDC运营成本或提升运营效率，形成可复用的数智化运维解决方案，技术领域包括但不限于：风液混合制冷节能、算力电力协同调度、预测性维修、AI运维智能体、数字孪生、机器人与无人机自主巡检等；
• 探索“算电协同”、“算网融合”等前沿技术在IDC/AIDC运维场景的应用，推动电价削峰填谷、虚拟电厂、智慧储能、多云/跨地域/异构算力资源融合、算网资源编排与路由调度、“云-边-端”算力协同互联等技术落地，实现算力、电力、网络资源的动态匹配与能效最优；
• 协同IDC/AIDC的建设方、运维方、供应商，聚焦于大规模算力集群效能、高性能网络、高密度机架、电力、液冷、PUE优化等方面的优化，确保IDC/AIDC或云平台基础设施的高效、稳定运行；
• 分析境外业务场景的需求和痛点，负责规划技术方案、制定产品策略、评估商业模式；
• 负责与国内研发机构及需求方沟通项目方案、跟进研发进度、把控项目风险。 Requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronic Information, Computer Science, or related fields;
2. 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure operations and maintenance for data centers, intelligent computing centers, or cloud computing platforms; candidates with any of the following operational expertise will be given priority:

• Large-scale data centers (with at least 1,000 cabinets or computing clusters at the ten‑thousand‑GPU scale)
• Infrastructure of telecom operators, third-party IDCs/AIDCs, cloud providers, and large internet enterprises
• Overseas data centers or cross-border, cross-regional computing nodes

3. Familiar with the overall architecture of IDCs and AIDCs, proficient in the operations and maintenance management of hardware infrastructure (data centers, electrical systems, HVAC, cooling, fire protection, networking, etc.), and well-versed in data center environmental monitoring, energy efficiency optimization, and security and compliance requirements.
4. Deep understanding of, or practical project experience in “computing‑electricity synergy” and “computing‑network integration.”
5. Innovative thinking so as to be capable of proposing new technical solutions and product innovations, and conducting research and application of cutting-edge technologies;
6. Project management and execution capabilities to ensure the smooth progress of technical projects with effective time management and task-prioritization skills.

• 7. Excellent English reading & writing as well as communication skills.
• 本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、电子信息、计算机等相关专业；
• 具备3~5年数据中心/智算中心/云计算平台基础设施运维经验，具有以下运维经验之一者优先：
• 大型数据中心（千柜级以上或万卡级算力集群）
• 运营商、第三方IDC/AIDC、云厂商、大型互联网企业的基础设施
• 境外数据中心或跨国跨地域算力节点
• 熟悉IDC/AIDC的整体架构，精通硬件基础设施（机房、电气、暖通、制冷、消防、网络等）的运维管理，熟悉机房环境监控、能效优化及安全合规要求；
• 对“算电协同”和“算网融合”有深入理解或实际项目经验；
• 具备创新思维，能够提出新的技术解决方案和产品创新点，进行前沿技术的研
• 究和应用；
• 具备项目管理和执行能力，能够推动技术项目的顺利进行，并具备有效的时间管理和任务优先级排序能力；
• 具备良好的英语读写和沟通能力。
