Head of Treasury

Job ID - 113439 Location - London Office requirements - 2-3 days in the office Eton Bridge are supporting an international organisation in the appointment of a Head of Treasury to lead and develop its treasury function. This is a senior role with responsibility for overseeing the organisation's treasury activities, ensuring effective financial management and supporting the wider finance function and business. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Treasury function.
• Oversee cash management, forecasting and liquidity.
• Manage key banking and external relationships.
• Ensure appropriate treasury controls, policies and processes are in place.
• Support financial planning and wider business initiatives.
• Drive improvements across treasury processes and systems.
• Lead, support and develop the Treasury team.
• Work closely with senior Finance and business stakeholders. Candidate Profile We are looking for an experienced treasury professional with:
• Strong Treasury experience within a sizeable or international organisation.
• Broad knowledge across core Treasury activities.
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and financial judgement.
• An ability to lead, influence and drive continuous improvement.
• A relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience.
