This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded property lawyer to become involved in a broad range of high-quality, non-contentious commercial property work, acting for an interesting and varied client base across both the public and private sectors. The Role The successful candidate will undertake a varied range of non-contentious commercial property work, including:

• Property development
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property and asset management
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Estate management
• Commercial property work for public sector clients
• Advising a broad range of corporate, institutional and private clients on their property requirements
• Managing complex transactions from inception through to completion
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other professional advisers The role will provide significant exposure to a wide variety of commercial property matters, with the opportunity to work with clients ranging from smaller regional organisations through to larger national institutions and established businesses. The Practice The Commercial Property team forms part of a broader Real Estate department and acts for a diverse client base across the region and nationally. The team is known for providing technically strong and commercially focused advice, with lawyers encouraged to take a pragmatic approach and develop a genuine understanding of their clients' businesses and objectives. Candidate Profile The firm is looking for a qualified solicitor or equivalent with experience at Associate level within a Commercial Property team. The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong experience across a range of non-contentious commercial property matters
• A solid technical understanding of commercial property law
• Experience acting for a variety of clients, including private individuals, corporates, institutional investors and public sector organisations
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical, client-focused advice
• The ability to manage complex matters with appropriate levels of autonomy
• Confidence in developing and managing client relationships
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach
