Senior Associate - Commercial Litigation

AJ Chambers are working with a top tier growing law firm in Central London who are seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate, this is a exciting opportunity to provide strategic support, mentoring and technical guidance assisting in the growth of the department. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a varied caseload of commercial civil litigation disputes both for domestic and international clients spread across many jurisdictions.
• Have experience of cross border litigation and conflict of laws issues
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk management and dispute resolution.
• Develop and grow the firm's Dispute Resolution practice.
• Work with senior and junior counsel, experts and be used to instructing lawyers in foreign jurisdictions and working with them.
• Have existing potential referral relationships and a demonstrable track record of generating new business opportunities.
• Support recruitment, mentoring and development of future team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple professional disciplines Requirements:
• 6–10+ years PQE in Commercial Litigation
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Experience gained in magic circle or mid – tier firms
• Minimum 2.1 degree from recognised university
• Have established client contacts
• Business Development & networking
• Commercial, entrepreneurial and leadership mindset
