A leading international charity is seeking a Head of Transformation Projects to deliver high-profile global transformation initiatives. Working across areas including AI, digital transformation, operating model design, systems implementation and organisational change, you will help shape and deliver programmes that strengthen the organisation's ability to achieve its mission worldwide. You will lead complex projects from concept through to implementation, working with stakeholders at Executive and Board level, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring lasting, measurable outcomes. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes, navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving technology-enabled change within global or similarly complex organisations.
