We are partnering with a leading international charity to appoint a Senior Lead, Oracle Fusion HCM Strategy & Advisory. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a major global Oracle Fusion HCM transformation, helping to shape the future of HR technology, processes and user experience across a complex international organisation. Acting as a trusted adviser and internal consultant, you will work closely with senior HR, technology and transformation leaders, ensuring the Oracle Fusion HCM solution is designed and implemented in a way that genuinely meets organisational needs. You will provide independent challenge, expert advice and strategic guidance, helping stakeholders make informed decisions and maximising the long-term value of the programme. • Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM
• Experience supporting large-scale Oracle implementations or transformations
• A strong understanding of HR processes, operating models and people systems
• The ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across HR, technology and business functions
