Senior Project Manager

Role: Senior Project Manager Location: London / Hybrid (4 days per week in London) Salary: £80-90k Start: ASAP Our prestigious Banking client based in London are looking for a delivery focused Senior Project Manager as they embark on a major change and transformation journey. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager who enjoys being close to delivery. You'll have the experience and credibility to operate with senior stakeholders, while remaining hands-on and comfortable owning the detail required to get projects delivered. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of individual projects, ensuring agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards are met, while maintaining compliance with the Bank's Change Framework, governance processes, risk controls and delivery performance measures. Key Skills
• Financial Services experience, particularly within banking, wealth management or a regulated environment
• Proven track record of leading and delivering a range of complex business change, regulatory initiatives, technology-enabled transformation, operational change and process improvement.
• Experience of interacting with senior stakeholders at all levels and influencing senior management
• Genuine Hands-on mentality and delivery focused with end-to-end Project delivery expertise
• Dynamic Project Manager with the ability to operate in unstructured environments with competing priorities This role could particularly suit someone who has operated at Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager level, but enjoys remaining close to the detail rather than managing delivery through large teams.
