• Actively supporting the Business and Merchant account Managers in the northern Regions of the Retail sales team.
• Working closely with the team and National Sales Manager to ensure that customers are receiving excellent service and we are maximising market share from all customers we deal with.
• Building relationships to ensure business growth from existing the existing customer base is maximised. About You
• Able to communicate confidently with people at all levels to help develop and maintain existing relationships with Designers, store/branch managers and directors.
• Able to handle multiple projects positively.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to maintain deadlines.
• Willing to work as part of a dynamic team.
• The desire to build a career and succeed in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills and be computer literate.
• A full UK driving licence, as this is a field based role which requires regular travel within the Scotland and throughout the UK, when relevant. Benefits
