After a hugely successful financial year, we looking to grow the team; as a Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant you'll join a warm desk with plenty of opportunity to hit the ground running. Having recently hit our annual target we paid out over £1 million in commission in the last financial year with multiple consultants billing over £250k. What's in It for You?

• You'll deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles
• You'll manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio (accelerating your commission as you contribute to business development)
• You'll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams)
• You'll meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the team's success with a focus on quality service What We're Looking For:
• You have previous experience as a Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sector)
• You have a competitive and determined mindset
• You have strong time-management skills and ability to deliver against KPIs
