Senior Recruitment Consultant

Discover International is currently hiring for a Senior/Lead/Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our winning team. In this role, you will work with small and large biotech and pharma companies in a dedicated sector. This is a full desk, 360 position with room for growth into leading a team. This is a Hybrid position in our office in London, UK. Functions of the Role:

• Fully support both clients and candidates
• Identify new Business Opportunities with Life Science Clients Nationwide. (Business Development)
• Identify highly qualified candidates for specialized positions
• Qualifying candidates to determine if they are a strong fit for clients' positions
• Oversee the complete interview cycle between clients and candidates
• Maintain relationships with candidates after placing them in a new position Skills We Look For
• A thirst for sales (cold and warm calling, pitching, negotiating)
• Excellent communication, networking, and phone skills
• Highly ambitious, competitive, and motivated
• A strong background in 360 recruitment (with strong Billing numbers)
