Special Education Teacher

Teacher (Specialist SEND Provision) | Contract Role Linq Recruitment is working in partnership with a specialist education provider to recruit an experienced and passionate Teacher for a contract position. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated classroom practitioner with experience supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, and additional complex needs. You'll deliver a personalised primary curriculum, helping students achieve aspirational academic, social and emotional outcomes in a supportive specialist setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate assessment records
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents and external agencies
• Promote positive behaviour and high standards of teaching and learning
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching pupils with SEND, Autism and/or complex needs
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
