IT Business Analyst - Fico

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems and assist users in resolving system-related issues.
• Conduct user requirement gathering, feasibility studies and gap analysis; support SIT and UAT; and assist with global system rollouts.
• Assist in the delivery of global ERP projects by developing test scenarios, conducting system and integration testing, and ensuring that quality and functionality meet the required standards.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, development teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables are completed according to business objectives.
• Prepare functional specifications, workflow documents, training materials, and related project documentation. REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Certification in any SAP module, such as SD, MM, PP or FICO, is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Experience in the full project life cycle, from requirement definition to testing and implementation in any ERP system; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members and users.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred.
• Travel within the Asia Pacific region may be required for project implementation, application support and user training.
