Commercial Sales Executive

• Competitive Basic salary + uncapped commission

Reed is recruiting on behalf of an established family run company in Cleckheaton, our client is looking for a dynamic individual to join their growing sales team. You will have the opportunity to leverage your communication skills to attract new business and build strong relationships with existing clients.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Directly contact potential customers via phone and email to introduce their services.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers across various sectors including healthcare, education, and leisure.
• Influence potential clients to choose our services.
• Conduct research to identify new target customers, including the use of social media.
• Manage and update the customer database regularly.
• Complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and ensure all customer interactions are logged and followed up.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales
• Confidence in building relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Good standard of written English.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn to use an in-house database.
