The firm focuses on helping leadership teams turn strategic priorities into practical execution through structured problem-solving and delivery support. Main duties: Support the delivery of strategy and execution-focused consulting projects, working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable outcomes. The role:

• Support the end-to-end delivery of strategy and execution-focused consulting engagements across multiple sectors
• Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders and support the development of long-term client relationships
• Conduct structured analysis, market research and primary research to generate actionable insights
• Prepare and deliver presentations and contribute to client workshops and meetings
• Work with internal teams to structure problem-solving approaches, analyses and project outputs
• Contribute to the development of consulting tools, methodologies and best practices
• Support and mentor junior team members where required
• Operate in a fast-paced, international consulting environment The candidate:
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• Solid experience in strategy consulting, ideally gained within a reputable consulting firm
• Proven experience delivering strategy consulting projects and working with senior client stakeholders
• Strong academic background; Master's degree preferred (MBA or technical background advantageous)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and structured thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to work effectively in high-performance team environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative, adaptability and commercial awareness
• Additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish advantageous
• Willingness to travel internationally The salary: up to £70,000 per annum + performance bonus of up to 15%, plus standard company benefits including hybrid working flexibility.
