Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Telecom OSS, Network, System Integration and Technology Transformation. Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong Telecom OSS & Network delivery experience.
• End-to-end project management across Agile & Waterfall environments.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Pega, etc.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, risk, issue and dependency management.
• Experience with network change, release and implementation management.
• Cyber Security, compliance and governance experience.
• Strong budget, forecasting and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PRINCE2/PMP/Agile certifications are desirable. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple OSS & Network projects from design through go-live and operational acceptance.
• Own delivery timelines, budgets, scope, risks, dependencies and change.
• Lead governance, steering committees and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate with Business, Architecture, Engineering, Operations and Cyber Security teams.
• Manage implementation, rollout, deployment and go-live readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and delivery best practices.
