D365 CE and Power Platform Specialist

📍 UK / Hybrid 💰 Up to £45,000 📄 Fixed-Term Contract 🏠 Approximately 1 day onsite per month About the Role This is a hands-on technical role focused on the development, support, maintenance and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions within a complex enterprise environment. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams and external suppliers to ensure systems remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose. What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing, maintaining and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Supporting and developing Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
• Providing technical design and development expertise
• Investigating and resolving complex technical issues
• Working with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
• Supporting APIs and system integrations
• Working with stakeholders and third-party suppliers on technical requirements and solutions
• Monitoring system performance, availability, security and service levels
• Managing incidents, problems and support requests
• Producing technical documentation and support procedures
• Contributing to technical projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Providing technical guidance across the wider Microsoft ecosystem What We're Looking For:
• Strong commercial experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience working with complex or enterprise-scale IT systems
• Strong understanding of Power Platform / Dataverse
• Experience investigating and resolving technical issues
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
• Experience producing technical documentation and support procedures
• Ability to contribute to technical projects and manage competing priorities
