FP&A Manager – Planning & Reporting -📍 Basingstoke | £65,000–£75,000 | Hybrid Finance professional who wants to influence more than just the numbers? We're looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to take ownership of planning, forecasting and reporting, while working closely with senior leaders to shape key business decisions. This is a broad, visible role combining commercial insight, financial expertise, problem-solving and people leadership. What you'll be doing 📊 Lead the annual budgeting, planning and forecasting cycle 🔎 Provide analysis, scenario modelling and insight to support decisions 🤝 Partner with senior leaders, challenging constructively and adding value 📈 Turn complex financial information into clear, actionable insight 💡 Support business cases, projects and investment decisions ⚙️ Improve reporting, processes and ways of working 🚀 Drive greater use of automation, data and visualisation 👥 Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals The ideal candidate will be: You'll be a qualified accountant with strong FP&A experience and a track record across budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. You'll also bring:

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Advanced Excel capability
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders
• The ability to explain complex information simply
• A constructive approach to challenge and problem-solving
• Experience improving processes and ways of working
• Experience managing or developing finance professionals
