Finance Manager (Turkish Speaking) Title: Finance Manager (Turkish Speaking) Location: Waltham Cross, London Employment: Full-time Industry: Food & Beverage / FMCG Team: 4 Finance Team Members Reporting to: Head Office, Turkey We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our growing Food & Beverage business in the UK. The role will involve managing the UK finance function, leading a team of four finance professionals and working closely with senior management and Head Office in Turkey. Key responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of 4 finance staff
• Oversee day-to-day accounting, payments, cash flow and banking
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Manage budgets, costs and financial performance
• Lead month-end and year-end processes
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to Head Office in Turkey
• Maintain strong financial controls and UK compliance
• Liaise with accountants, auditors, banks and external partners Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Accountant
• Previous experience managing a finance team
• Strong UK accounting and financial management knowledge
• Good Excel and accounting systems skills
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Fluent Turkish and English, written and spoken
• FMCG, Food & Beverage, retail or wholesale experience is advantageous What we offer:
