Senior Channel Marketing Manager
Armstrong LloydMy client is an award-winning B2B SaaS business. Due to fast growth, they are looking for a Partner Marketing Lead to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across their EMEA partner ecosystem, which is a mix of referral and reseller partners. You'll co-build strategic marketing plans with top-tier partners and turn them into real activity in market: joint campaigns, localised assets on the partner portal, co-marketing programmes and MDF that delivers measurable pipeline. This role suits a hands-on partner or channel marketer who wants to own a region's partner strategy as well as its execution, with scope to grow into a broader international remit. It is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, working within a matrix team. Location: Remote-first, with travel to London for meetings and across EMEA for company and partner events Salary: £95,000 to £100,000 plus benefits THE CHANNEL/ PARTNER MARKETING LEAD ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Partner with channel leadership to identify and prioritise EMEA focus partners, then co-develop partner-specific marketing plans that translate commercial commitments into tactics and pipeline targets
- Get joint activity into market: proactively drive co-marketing programmes, webinars, events and campaigns with partners rather than waiting for partners to bring ideas to you
- Work alongside the demand generation team to create the partner version of regional campaigns, so key campaigns have a partner-ready equivalent
- Localise campaigns and build a library of self-serve campaign assets (messaging briefs, product positioning, competitive intelligence), activating them for partners through the partner portal
- Administer the EMEA MDF programme, including partner requests, approvals, budget tracking and reporting, and feed regional insight into the wider MDF strategy
- Own regional partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline reporting, working with Marketing Ops on attribution and holding partners accountable to jointly agreed plans
- Act as the link between Channel, Partner Enablement, Product Marketing, Events and Marketing Ops so partners receive timely, coordinated communications
- Make sure partners are integrated into broader marketing activity across content, demand gen and brand initiatives THE IDEAL CHANNEL/ PARTNER MARKETING LEAD WILL HAVE:
- 6 to 10+ years' B2B marketing experience, with meaningful time in partner, channel, alliances or ecosystem marketing, ideally within SaaS, cloud, legal tech or enterprise technology
- EMEA-wide experience, not just the UK, with a track record of growing partner activity in new markets across the region
- A solid understanding of marketing through referral partners, as well as reseller/channel models
- Experience developing joint business or marketing plans with external partners and holding them accountable to pipeline commitments
- A proven record as a hands-on individual contributor: building campaigns and partner assets yourself and getting joint activity into market
- Experience working in a matrix environment, influencing and getting results through colleagues and partners you don't manage directly
- A clear pipeline focus: comfortable with attribution, pipeline data and ROI reporting, and able to show how your campaigns drove partner-sourced pipeline
- Experience running a formal, scaled partner programme through a partner portal/PRM, plus familiarity with MDF programmes, CRM, marketing automation and ecosystem tools such as Crossbeam or Reveal
- A proactive, get-it-done approach: you work through blockers and influence stakeholders rather than waiting for permission
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, credible with partner executives and internal leaders alike
- Legal tech or ISV partner experience, APAC exposure or a second European language would be a plus WHY JOIN THIS BUSINESS AS THEIR CHANNEL/ PARTNER MARKETING LEAD?
- Real ownership: lead the partner marketing strategy for a priority region while staying close to execution
- A clear route to grow: EMEA first, with the opportunity to expand into APAC and a broader international remit over time
- Strong foundations to build on: a live partner portal, a clear EMEA plan and campaign templates in development
- Named one of the fastest-growing private companies year after year
- Repeatedly recognised as a top workplace
- Remote-first working and a fair, succinct interview process All advert responses are reviewed by a human, not an AI bot. Armstrong Lloyd is a marketing specialist recruitment services provider.
