• Lead, coach and develop a team of Property Specialists, driving performance, accountability and professional growth for a wider portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear communication and insightful performance reporting.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards, managing complex issues and escalations effectively.
• Oversee service charge budgets and reserve funds, ensuring accuracy and lease compliance.
• Lead the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance, including complex Section 20 consultations and major works.
• Maintain expert knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and industry best practice, ensuring team compliance. What you need to succeed
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing property management teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential property management, including service charge budgets, reserve funds and lease compliance.
• Sound understanding of property legislation, TPI/RICS best practice, Section 20 consultations and major works.
• Excellent client, stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities, with experience managing complex issues and competing priorities. Why join us?
