About Peacock Salt Peacock Salt is the UK's largest salt supplier and distributor — an independent family business with more than 150 years of history behind it, and a sustained period of growth ahead of it. Salt has over 14,000 known uses, so no two days here are the same — least of all in marketing. We supply ten broad industry sectors, including Winter, Water, Food, Cosmetic, Animal Feed, Hides & Skins and Industrial, and our portfolio goes well beyond salt to winter equipment, sugar, peppers and spices.
