• Line manage and coach a team of SOC Analysts, conducting regular performance reviews and building clear career development pathways for every member.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of MDR services for a diverse portfolio, acting as the senior technical escalation point for high-severity security incidents.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine detection logic, automate repetitive workflows, and integrate advanced tooling like Microsoft Sentinel and Defender. The ideal candidate
• Proven experience leading or supervising a Security Operations Center (SOC) team within an MSSP, MDR provider, or a complex in-house environment.
• Deep technical expertise in SIEM, EDR/XDR, incident response, and detection engineering, specifically with strong proficiency in Microsoft's security stack (Sentinel/Defender).
