Role Description The Internal Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in South Croydon. This position involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, responding to product inquiries from dental laboratories, and providing tailored recommendations to meet customer needs. The consultant will prepare quotes, process orders, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records within the CRM system. Daily activities include supporting existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth order fulfilment and high customer satisfaction. The role also requires clear communication with customers and internal teams and participation in ongoing product and sales training. Qualifications

• Sales-focused skills, including Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Customer-oriented skills, such as Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring professional, timely, and effective support.
• Strong Communication skills, including confident phone and email communication and clear documentation of customer interactions.
• Experience in internal sales or account management, preferably within healthcare, dental, or laboratory supplies.
• Comfort using CRM and order management systems, with attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Ability to work on-site in South Croydon, manage multiple tasks, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
• Basic understanding of dental laboratory products is an advantage; willingness to learn and develop product knowledge is essential.
