Senior Hydraulic Modeller

The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior/Principal Hydraulic Modeller to take technical ownership across modelling projects, support clients and stakeholders, and help develop the wider modelling team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, calibrate and validate hydraulic models.
• Undertake hydraulic, river and water quality modelling.
• Use modelling outputs for root cause analysis, risk assessment and solution development.
• Support TOTEX solutions and design teams with modelling-led recommendations.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate technical findings.
• Improve modelling processes, specifications and technical standards. Key Requirements:
• Significant hydraulic modelling experience within water/wastewater.
• Strong InfoWorks ICM experience; InfoAsset Manager, Risk Master, MapInfo/ArcGIS beneficial.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics and water quality.
• Experience in model development, verification and solution development.
• Strong Excel/data interrogation skills, including VBA.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Chartered or working towards Chartership desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
