Operations Executive

Operations Executive - 35K per annum plus benefits and bonus Consumer Additions are partnering with a scale up consumer goods business to recruit an operations executive, to join a fast paced team. Key responsibilities include:

• Owning the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, including resolving any queries and exceptions
• Using systems to order and stock processes, escalating discrepancies quickly
• Exceptional customer communication, particularly when undertaking any resolutions
• Working closely with both suppliers and customers
• Dealing with any maintenance issues and maintaining a maintenance schedule accurately and communicating across the business Who we are looking for:
• A candidate who has worked in a consumer related business in a supply chain, operations or logistics role
• Someone with exceptional communication skills
• Demonstrable organisational skills
• Passion for process improvement and understanding efficiencies
• A passion for a purpose driven business and building a career within a scale up business
