We are looking for talented chemists at a range of experience levels to join our growing Process Research & Development team at Alderley Park. The Opportunity As a Process Development Chemist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for designing, developing and optimising synthetic routes for pharmaceutical intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and delivering laboratory-based process chemistry programmes.
• Developing and optimising synthetic routes and manufacturing processes.
• Supporting scale-up and technology transfer activities.
• Working collaboratively within cross-functional project teams.
• Maintaining high standards of laboratory safety and compliance. About You
• BSc, MSc or PhD in Chemistry or a related discipline.
• Experience in synthetic organic chemistry, process chemistry or process development.
• Strong practical laboratory skills.
