Senior Women's Development and Outreach Worker As the Senior Women's Development and Advocacy Officer, you will lead the development, coordination and delivery of sensitive, trauma-informed programmes and advocacy initiatives focused on empowering women and girls. This role requires the experience, confidence and professional judgement to lead a varied and sensitive programme of work from the outset. It involves championing women's rights, coordinating empowerment programmes, building trusted partnerships and amplifying the voices of Romani (Gypsy), Roma and Irish Traveller women and girls.
