TMT Digital Infrastructure Investment Banking - Associate VP

Linear Partners are helping a Market-leading Investment Banking Boutique in their search for a VP or Associate to join their TMT / Digital Infrastructure team in London. Key responsibilities:

• Execution of M&A transactions in the TMT / Digital Infrastructure space
• Oversee the production of marketing materials, financial models, and transaction documents
• Manage due diligence processes and relevant external parties throughout the transaction
• Manage and mentor the Analysts within the team Requirements:
• 3-9 years working in an Investment Banking or Big 4 environment focussing on M&A transactions in TMT, Digital Infrastructure, Real Estate or related areas
• Ability to take a lead role in the negotiation and execution of transactions
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
